Verification of Injections taken at Bedok Medical Centre pre-trip

Hi all,

Welcome back to the new school term!
I need your cooperation here.
The bill from the Bedok Medical Centre is here and I need to verify that the total cost is right. Please reply asap (by Friday 6th July through the blog or email me at wong_shumin_aileen@moe.edu.sg) the types of injections taken and if you've purchased malaria pills from the clinic. That is, things to verify if you've taken these at the clinic:

Hep A Vaccine
Typhoid Vaccine
Tetanus toxoid
Malaria pills

Thanks & all the best for JCT!

Grins,
Ms A. Wong.

missing everything!

i'm so missing the night sky in cambodia!
especially the sky of the village. lit up by the sky of stars. how nice if we get to see it everyday... in singapore. but it's only when we get to see it not so often that we learn to treasure it. =)

missing the morning rooster call. back to the useless alarm clock that never fails to put me back to sleep.
missing the slow pace. time passes so fast when we're back in singapore =(
missing the food that friends cook. hawker food just doesn't taste as good.
missing the noises of the children. cars. nagging of mama. irritating noises from loud-speakers on the train.
missing your laughters. being alone is real boring.
missing the trying to communicate with cambodians. everyone just so well "understands" what i say.
missing the sleeping with insects and 24 other people. althought the comfy bed is good, but it's lonely to sleep by myself =(
missing the gossips. now i'm back to mumbling to myself...
missing kim's night story. silence puts me to sleep every late night.
missing noteless days. now i have to face the thick stacks of notes everyday and start mugging before mummy comes after me with a chopper >.<

i just so miss every part of the trip. thanks to everyone of you... you guys been real great companions. be it those i hang around with most of the time, or those whom i don't really say much to throughout the trip, i'll remember all of you... always. =)

12days together, it's not really that long a period of time, but it's definitely quality time spent.

i agree : *Only a life lived for others is a life worth living*

see you guys around when school reopens! don't miss me too much alright =x

What's this about?

This June, 23 students accompanied by 2 teachers will embark on a service learning trip to Kampong Chan, in the province of Prey Veng, Cambodia. There, they will put together their efforts to help paint two classroom blocks, furnish a library, interact and teach the children and perhaps assist in the construction of wells for the community.

Anything to say?
