Passport Validity and Other Information

URGENT

Dear All,

This pretty urgent. It's regarding passport validity and visa requirements. Please get back to me asap, especially those whose information are not clear.

Visa Requirements
Holders of Singaporean passports DO NOT need visas. That means the only people who need to apply for visas are HAOQING, SUMITRA (what's happened to you?????) and ANATASYA.

Please let me or Miss Wong know if you have already applied.

Passport validity
(i)
Photos - Please check all your photographs. Some of you don't look anywhere near your photos anymore (grown more pretty, handsome etc etc). You 'll need to go to ICA (address below) to update your photos otherwise you'll have problem clearing customs. You don't want that kind of trouble for the trip.

Most notable - Mingjin, Ruishan, Sonia, Kang Yu, Olivia, Christal, Charlena,Wen Shan, Shawn Teo

(ii) Validity - Your passports must have at least 6 months validity from the date of departure to enter another country. If not, you would be refused entry into Cambodia. Please again go to ICA to renew your passport if you don't have the above mandatory minimum period.

(iii) The following students please take note. I need your passport info ASAP. That is I need your Date of Birth, Passport Number and Passport Expiry Date.
Sumitra, Fann, Ivan, Haoqing, Shawn Teo (expiry date).

What's this about?

This June, 23 students accompanied by 2 teachers will embark on a service learning trip to Kampong Chan, in the province of Prey Veng, Cambodia. There, they will put together their efforts to help paint two classroom blocks, furnish a library, interact and teach the children and perhaps assist in the construction of wells for the community.

Anything to say?
